You’r Excells. most Esteemed favou’rs of 24 [...] 28.[...] of last Month are Come to hand, and in Consequence of your Excells. request we are going to Insert in Our Newspapers the Payment of the Intrest of the United States on June next—.

The receiving of the ratification of the Loan of the 2/M. passed in Congress, has been very Agreable to u’s, as Likewise to the Money Lenders, and according the Convention made, we have immediatly deposed it in handz of the Notary—.

With the Sincerest Esteem we have the Honou’r to remain Constantly—.
