The degree of confidence your Exellency was pleased to honour me with during our Entercourse in matters of Business encourages me to intrude on your Exellencies goodness in behalf of my two Brothers & partners Joseph & Isaac Saportas and to recommend them to your Exellencies future Patronage whose Characthers flatering my self you will find thro Long & Creditable connections unexeptionably well established, I dare Safely venture without fraternal partiality to introduce them to your Exellencies notice and with regard to their Line of Business in the public Funds and other branches of money matters necessary to be known in hope of meriting your attention confidence & recommendations I beg leave with much deference to Refer your Exellency to their personal applications tender of humble Service in the intrem I have the honour to / remain with Every Sentiments of Respect & / Esteem / Your Exellencies most / obliged & devoted humble / Servant
