Sir St. James’s September 29th: 1785.

Immediately on the Receipt of Your Letter I received Lord Carmarthen’s Orders to write to the Treasury on the Subject of it. I have not as yet received any Answer, but it is possible the Orders may have been given to comply with your Request. I have the Honor to be with great Respect, / Sir, / Your most obedient / humble Servant
