Thomas Fraser to John Adams

Mr. Fraser presents his Compliments to Mr. Adams, and has the Honour to send him, by the Marquis of Carmarthen’s Directions, Copy of the Answer received from the Treasury to the Application made by Order of His Lordship for the Delivery of his Wines, and is sorry that, by the Regulations established for the Privileges of Foreign Ministers, Mr. Adams’s Request cannot be entirely complied with.
