Yours of the first I recd. last night—The Bills you have drawn or may draw shall be honored & I shall leave it to your judgement whether it be best for the Interest of the Public, that you draw upon me here or that I write to Messs Willinks & Van Staphorst to remit the Money to Paris if they do, they will choose to remit it, as I suppose to Mr. Vanden Yoer a Banker in Paris.
