Dear Sir Paris 9th. October 1785.

The present is Cheifly to inform You that of Yesterdays Date I Valued on you in favor of MGrand at one Usance No. 3—one Hundred Pounds Sterling which please to honor and place to Account of the United States—I wait with Impatience for the return of Col: Franks and Expect to set out in about ten days after his appearance here

I have Not been able to send the Copy of your Account, but You May depend on its going by the Next post—
