The Bearer Mr. Peter Gwyn Copartner with Mr. Hutchinson Merchants & residents of Mogadore in Barbary, at which place the united States of America Seeming just now to Stand in Need of Some friendly intercession, we beg Leave to introduce the Said Mr. Gwyn to your Exellencies future Acquaintance, as a Gentleman perfectly qualified in point of abilities and influence from long Establishd Credit and reputation to Contribute his mite towards furthering your Exellencies Wishes in behalf of the American intercourse with the Maroco States, under this Conviction we have the honour to remain with Every Sentiment of attachment & Respect, / Sir / Your Exellencies Most obedient / & Humble Servants
