Sir Paris, Novr. 5th. 1785—

Being prepared to depart from hence—I take the Liberty of advising you of my Draught in Favor of Mr Grand at Usance for three hundred Pounds stg: in two Bills of One hundred and fifty Pounds each for his Accomodation—the reasons of this Delay I suppose you are, or will be informed of by Mr Jefferson. I expect to go on with all possible Expedition to my next place of Destination—and will have the Honor of writing to you from Time to Time as Occasion may require—
