Sir Amsterdam 10 November 1795

In answer to your favor of Yesterday, We have the pleasure to inform you, that in consequence of Mr: Monroe having advised us, Messr: Dallarde Swan &ca. would pay the Bill on them [monetary mark] 120,000. . . in Specie, We by ensuing Post will authorize Mr: DeWolf of Antwerp, to value upon us the Amount of the Interest due next Month, on the Bonds of The negotiated of the Loan opened by him for account of the United-States.,
