There is still reason to entertain some Doubts whether Mr Pinckney will not be P. if Georgia Tennessee and Kentucky should give him a few Votes, which I think is far from improbable he will have more than any one. As it is at present I believe there is a Tye between him and Mr Jefferson. The South Carolinians have disappointed all sides as much as Pensilvania did. The Vengeance of the Rutledge Family appears to have done it. I am / as ever
