I have received your letter of the 30 Ultimo on the subject of the capture of the American Ship Patty by a Spanish Privateer. If you will transmit to Moses Young Esqr. our Consul at Madrid all the documents in your possession that may have a tendency to elucidate the case., and furnish him with the expence which may be incurred, he will of course attend to the business in your behalf.
