I have the Honor to enclose a Copy [of] a Note from Mr. Canning, notifying [th]e Blockade of Carthagena, Cadiz, St. Lucar & all intermediate [Po]rts.

I am taking Measures [for] communicating it in the usual [ma]nner to our Consuls in the [Uni]ted Kingdom. I have the Honor to be with the highest Respect & Consideration Sir, Your Most Obed Hble Servant
