Dear Doctor Monto July 8. 25

I find I had been too sanguine in believing that my complaint was wearing off. the symptoms within 2. or 3. days past have returned with force. I must again ask your assistance and in the express hope that it will be kindly yielded on the condn in my last letter that the same remunern will be taken as in other cases.
