I inclose a letter from Mr. Baldwin the Senator of this days date & a printed report with some manuscript notes on it of Mr. Baldwin, I pray you to give immediate attention to this whole subject & make a report upon it. I should be glad also to converse with you on the same thing as soon as possible.
